use leading technologies and encryption software to safeguard
your data, and keep strict security standards to prevent any
unauthorised access to it. We do not pass on your details to
any third party or government department unless you give us

| You do not have to register to view most of our
website, bemac.com. However, some personal information is required
if you choose to become a partner, apply for a job or use our
customer support area. Additionally, bemac.com uses cookies
(see below) and we extrapolate site usage information from log
files. |
| Applying for a job |
| When you apply for a job online you will have
to provide us with detailed personal information. Our Human
Resources Department will retain your application form and other
papers for at least six months to enable us to deal with enquiries
about your application, after which time they will be destroyed.
If you are not selected for the post but are a reserve candidate
our Human Resources Department will hold your documents for
a 12 month period in case a suitable alternative vacancy arises
during that period. |

In order to continuously improve our website,
we use tracking technology which monitors user sessions via
a Java applet which activates a session cookie. No information
is stored on your computer and no personal data is obtained
from this software. Persistent

One way we collect information about you when you use our
