The e-Post Printer is a virtual printer that appears to your software applications such as your accounting, ERP or payroll software as a standard Windows printer.
Instead of printing a document to a normal printer and producing a paper document, the e-Post printer prints documents from within your existing financial software package directly to the e-Post service - in electronic form. e-Post then automatically forwards your document to your business partner providing a complete audit path and reporting features.
The e-Post Printer preserves your business document formatting and the look and feel of your stationery - including your company logo -so that e-documents, produced by e-Post, look exactly like your standard paper documents.
