BACSESS-IP Enterprise is our unique solution for organisations that need a centrally managed system, with high-level protection and a secure data environment.
At its heart is a rack-mounted secured hardware unit with an integral web server, which supports our fully accredited client/server network software. The hardware acts as an electronic safe, continually protecting sensitive payment data at every stage from production to processing. Information is encrypted at each user's desktop and is sent securely to BACS direct from the Enterprise hardware.

BACSESS-IP Enterprise receives and manages data from any host system. Incoming data is encrypted to the best security standards, safeguarding it from the moment it leaves the financial application, across the LAN or WAN, until it reaches Enterprise's secure environment.
Comprehensive administration features
With BACSESS-IP Enterprise, each user can have smart-card input via an individual, administrator-set profile, which determines their access privileges, authorisation and signing rights. Full audit trail and pre-set payment limits provide extra security.
Fast and effective
BACSESS-IP Enterprise is not just secure, but fast too. It offers high speed (10/100 Mb and 1Gb) ethernet connectivity and support for all BACS communications methods, using the internet, the BACS dial-up extranet or the BACS fixed extranet.

BACSESS-IP Enterprise is fully scaleable across your organisation, with centrally managed client connections and sophisticated concurrent licensing. An intuitive, web-based interface makes it easy for any staff member to use, whether they're setting up regular or ad-hoc payments.
It operates with files from any core application, seamlessly importing your data and converting it ready for submission to BACS for all credit or debit transactions including supplier payments, payroll or direct debit collections.
With central administration and system support, BACSESS-IP Enterprise is easy to manage and maintain. Any user can click on pre-configured web links to instantly access the latest information and updates from BACS and Barron McCann.
Lights out and redundancy
BACSESS-IP Enterprise can be set up for full unattended (lights out) operation with an integral Hardware Security Module (HSM), so you can schedule tasks for later, more convenient transmission. Two units can be linked to provide redundancy, for extra reassurance.
Reporting and other options
BACSESS-IP Enterprise produces electronic reports in XML or HTML format, avoiding time-consuming and error-prone manual keying. You can view and print the reports immediately, or save them for later analysis.
