To save you time and ease your workload, it integrates with your existing financial packages and automatically converts your files to the correct format for BACS, whether they're supplier payments, payroll or direct debit collections. Specifically designed to handle large volumes of direct debit instructions and sizable payrolls, BACSESS-IP Network incorporates Validate's standard Account Number checking capability, verifying account numbers and sort codes for problem-free payments.
Flexibility
BACSESS-IP Network can make regular and ad hoc payments, and collect reports via the internet, the BACS dial-up extranet or the BACS fixed extranet.
Report options
BACSESS-IP Network produces electronic reports, saving time and avoiding mistakes associated with manual keying. Reports include:
- ADDACS - Amendments and cancellations to existing direct debit instructions
- AUDDIS - Rejected direct debit instructions
- ARUDD - Unpaid direct debits
- AWACS - Incorrect account details for direct credits
- ARUCS - Unapplied direct credits.
