PayGate Enterprise is a secure, flexible centralised Payment Gateway for efficiently processing many different payment requirements. It provides organisations with a centrally managed system, incorporating high-level protection and a secure data environment.
An ideal solution for multi-site, multi-company, multi-currency, multi-application payment operations, it provides a central system to process transactions on behalf of multiple users at different sites, even if they operate with their own banking arrangements and interfaces. It is often used to provide Corporate Bureau services within group businesses.
Modular in design, PayGate Enterprise is future-proofed with new payment standards supported by simply adding new PayGate Plus Modules to the existing architecture.
PayGate Plus Modules are available to provide BACS Direct Debit (ADDACS, AUDDIS, ARUDD, AWACS, ARUCS, DDICA), Faster Payments, SWIFT, NACHA and direct access to RBS Bankline.

PayGate Enterprise is fully scalable across your organisation, with centrally managed client connections and sophisticated concurrent licensing. It can replace a myriad of individual payment schemes, to provide the Treasury function with a single payments gateway.
And as business needs change, it is easy to add specific PayGate Plus Modules to provide increased functionality, scalability and flexibility.

PayGate Enterprise includes both an intuitive web-based Process Designer and full Payment Processing Automation. The graphical interface allows the user to easily customise data mapping, payment rules and workflow.
Rules can be applied to determine the best method for submitting information and who needs to authorise payment data. Payments are automatically consolidated and forwarded to the correct network, with automatic least cost routing and reconciliation achieving straight through processing (STP).
PayGate Enterprise will generate emails and/or text messages when a task of exception needs urgent attention. When the user logs into PayGate the item will appear in their Action List.

PayGate Enterprise receives and manages data from any host system. Incoming data is encrypted to the best security standards, safeguarding it from the moment it leaves the financial application, across the LAN or WAN, until it reaches PayGate's secure environment.

PayGate Enterprise is not just secure, but fast too. It offers high speed (10/100 Mb and 1Gb) ethernet connectivity and support for all BACS communications methods, using the internet, the BACS dial-up extranet or the BACS fixed extranet.

With Paygate Enterprise, each user can have smart-card input via an individual, administrator-set profile, which determines their access privileges, authorisation and signing rights. Full audit trail and pre-set payment limits provide additional security.
Flexible reporting
PayGate Enterprise produces electronic reports in XML or HTML format, avoiding time-consuming and error-prone manual keying. You can view and print the reports immediately, or save them for later analysis.
