The X-Kryptor information security range offers three hardware gateways, with a choice of user numbers and speeds.
All X-Kryptor Dynamic-VPN gateways have been evaluated and approved by CESG, under the UK's CAPS security evaluation scheme, with Baseline approval for RESTRICTED data over an unclassified network and Confidential data over a restricted network.
Choice of modes
X-Kryptor gateways offer a TCP Tunnel for secure communication between your restricted LANs and VPN access. With Tunnel mode you can use our Stealth and Lockdown features - Stealth ignores unsolicited network traffic, shielding your network from many forms of attack. In Lockdown your X-Kryptor client will only communicate with authorised IP addresses, keeping your client machines secure if you're using a public or unverified network.

Standard connections
All X-Kryptor gateways connect via Dual Auto Sensing 10/100/1000 Mb/s TX Fast Ethernet interfaces capable of auto-MDIX cable detection, and can be managed via HTTP, Telnet or serial console cable. X-Kryptor 100 and 25 can also be initially configured using the front panel. .
X-Kryptor Gateway Models
X-Kryptor 100
With the speed and scalability to take full advantage of your bandwidth, X-Kryptor 100 runs at 100 Mb/s and supports up to 1000 users (based on 5 concurrent TCP sessions per user). Designed for a 1U 19" rack mounting.
X-Kryptor 25
Supporting up to 500 users, X-Kryptor 25 runs at 25 Mb/s. It uses the same broad range of operating protocols as X-Kryptor 100, and is also designed for a 1U 19" rack mounting.
X-Kryptor Lite
Providing the same levels of security as our 100 and 25 models, X-Kryptor Lite is designed for less demanding networks that nevertheless require high standards of information assurance. Lite connects up to 25 users at 11 Mb/s, and uses a compact housing to take up minimal space.
